That’s what members of the Dutch parliament are calling for. They want the Dutch government to investigate whether new laws are needed or whether the current laws suffice to make all of this possible

The article claims that the FTC will be the 10th organization to dive into the case and that previously the security breach has been investigated by: Fox-IT, Logica, The Dutch Public Prosecutor’s Office, The Dutch Secret Service, Three Dutch government agencies focusing on public safety, The Dutch telecom regulator OPTA and DigiNotar’s executor.

However, other articles have also mentioned involvement by: The Dutch National Police, Logius and government agencies such as GovCERT, NCTb and NCSC.
