“In Europe we favour freedom. We’re an open continent where citizens can go, work and study wherever they want. We solve our issues through solidarity, not by ratting out fellow citizens,” Reding stated.
The European Commission is calling on all Dutch citizens not to follow this call for intolerance. Instead they should leave a message on the website of the Freedom Party stating that Europe is a place for freedom and tolerance.
