The operation called “Carole” which began almost a year ago found in Austria alone 272 suspects who had broadcast paedophile videos on the internet.
The sweep is the largest police operation ever carried out against online paedophiles in Austria, and was likely one of the largest worldwide.
Large quantities of video footage and other information seized are currently being examined by police in 141 countries.
