Dutch Reporters: If Two People Use One PC With Google Chrome, Their Cloud Data And Logins Will Be Mixed Up, And Worse Than That…

The mix-up – due to Chrome’s browser synchronisation technology – will continue when one of those people uses Chrome on another totally different PC. Google is fully aware of this, but does not explicitly warn people about the phenomenon.

The reporters Colin van Hoek from Nu.nl and Marc Hijink at NRC ended up with their login-details being swapped and were surprised to be able to access each other’s paysites, cloud storage services and web stores.
