RTL News: Dutch Prosecution Authorities Have Knowingly And Willingly Allowed A Pedophile To Run Off To The Philippines And Make Another Victim

A man called Richard B., who was convicted of having abused two of his nephews and one niece was allowed to escape his conviction in 2008.

Even though one of the victims and her lawyer warned authorities that he would try to run off to another country, authorities even allowed him to get a new passport allowing him to travel to The Philippines in 2009.

In The Philippines the man is now being accused of having sexually abused a 17-year-old boy on multiple occasions.

The Dutch prosecution authorities have now made bizarre comments on the matter arguing that “actual risks of people fleeing only manifest themselves after it has been shown that the people don’t keep to the self-notification procedure” or in other words: “there’s only a genuine risk of a convict wanting to run off, the moment they’ve actually chosen to do so
