The Dutch mainstream newspaper Algemeen Dagblad writes that ‘multiple witnesses’ have now come forward and stated that the Dutch Secretary General of the Justice Department Mr. Joris Demmink has had contact – in the Nineteen Eighties – with a famous Dutch criminal Mr. Dick Willard who was known as the pimp of many teenage boys. Mr. Willard was killed in 1991 by two of his sex slaves.
62-year-old Nico van Empel stated:
“Willard was bragging about his customers. Also about this Demmink. He said that his client was a big shot”
Others have seen Demmink in the company of boys, known to be associated with Dick Willard.
To make matters even worse, the newspaper also talked to members of a Dutch gang specialized in trafficking hashish. Their leader has stated:
“My people saw young boys getting into his car. It involved boys under the age of 15″
(Note: it is said that Demmink’s driver, a Mr. Mosterd, died at the age of 50, shortly after he complained to his government employer about various practices of Mr. Demmink which would involve activities related to the sexual abuse of young boys and visits to various gay clubs, after which an intoxicated Mr. Demmink would throw up in the government vehicle at 2 am in the morning. Mosterd’s government employer complained to the Secretary General which resulted in the employer being transferred. The driver Mr. Mosterd would pass away soon after this incident, allegedly due to a heart attack. These claims have also been reported by Dutch magazines Panorama and De Gaykrant)
The gang leader was able to establish the identity of Demmink because the Secretary General would frequently visit a gay sauna, where he would meet with Dick Willard. The gang leader said that he would have the master key to all the lockers in that sauna, enabling him to establish the various identities of the high profile individuals who would be visiting that sauna, which would include law enforcement and justice officials. The gang leader calls his activity ‘gathering counter intel’. Willard himself would also have been put under surveillance by the Dutch CID (criminal intelligence unit).
The newspaper also reports that Demmink’s long-time lawyer Harro Knijff of De Brauw, Blackstone, Westbroek, has now threatened legal action against the newspaper for publishing these statements. Knijff says that his client denies having had any dealings with Dick Willard.
Two witnesses from The Hague in The Netherlands have stated that they are willing to repeat their statements in a Court of Law while under oath.
