The panel will include film critic Marc Fennell, Lori Flekser, executive director of the Intellectual Property Awareness Foundation, Adrianne Pecotic, CEO of the Independent Cinema Association of Australia, Tim Parsons COO of Quickflix and Rodney Serkwoski, founder of the Pirate Party Australia.
The debate will be moderated by Carolyn Dalton, executive director of Policy Australia.
